Automatic boxmaking machine BOXMAKER-BM3000HD
The Boxmaker BM3000HD is a fully automatic box making machine with many features. Automatic feeding, slotting, creasing/cutting, slitting and manual hole cutting for more efficient paper box production.
Based on the BM3000, a machine has been developed for processing 5 and 7 layer cardboard, so called Heavy Duty. This Boxmaker can handle thick and strong cardboard and bring the possibility of producing high strength boxes and cartons to your production. Setup time is under 40 seconds, quick setup and easy operation.
It allows you to get any box in any size in one minute. What you only need to do is select the pre-programmed box type, enter the material size and box dimensions on the touch screen. Then all settings are made automatically in seconds via the servo-controlled adjustment mechanism, without the need for any manual intervention.
